The practice of functional nutrition addresses the person as a whole and acknowledges the intricate relationship between the body’s various systems. As a functional nutritionist, I take into account the holistic nature of the human body as well as each client's unique health history, genetics, lifestyle and dietary habits in order to uncover and understand the root causes of ill health.

My focus is not on specific dietary theories or current fads but on designing a targeted and highly individualized diet and lifestyle plan to help you shift your internal and external environment in a way that supports optimal health and wellness.

I am a certified nutrition specialist (CNS) as well as a licensed nutritionist/dietitian (LDN) in the state of Massachusetts. I hold a graduate degree in functional nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a holistic health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

One of the achievements I am most proud of is that in 2019, I completed my functional nutrition residency practice with the well established functional medicine clinic of Dr. Kara Fitzgerald. There I had the privilege to work closely with a team of functional physicians and nutritionists to support patients with a wide range of health challenges including auto-immune disorders, cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, weight-loss resistance, cardiovascular disease, depression and more.

Above all, I am a proud mama of my three toddlers: twin boys, Liam and Lucas, and their "big" sister, Maya -- they are my everyday source of joy and inspiration.

My specialties Include: functional nutrition, digestive health, autoimmune disorders, integrative health and medicine, fitness, yoga, meditation.

I currently offer in person as well as virtual consultations, so please head out to my SERVICES page and schedule there. You can also book directly through Treatment Training Wellness where my office is currently located.

Look forward to meeting you soon
