The practice of functional nutrition addresses the body as a whole and acknowledges the intricate relationship between its various systems. As a functional nutritionist, I take into account each person's unique health history, genetics, lifestyle, and dietary habits in order to uncover the root causes of ill health. My focus is not on specific dietary theories or current fads, but rather on designing a targeted and highly individualized diet and lifestyle plan to help you shift your internal and external environment in a way that supports optimal health and wellness.

I am a certified nutrition specialist (CNS) as well as a licensed dietitian/nutritionist (LDN). Additionally, I hold a graduate degree in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a holistic health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

One of the professional achievements I am most proud of is completing my functional nutrition residency with the functional medicine clinic of Dr. Kara Fitzgerald where I had the privilege to work closely with a team of functional physicians and nutritionists supporting patients with a wide range of health challenges including auto-immune disorders, cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, weight-loss resistance, cardiovascular disease, depression and more.

Above all, I am a proud mama of my four children -- they are my everyday source of joy and inspiration.

My specialties Include: functional nutrition, digestive health, autoimmune disorders, integrative health and medicine, fitness, yoga, meditation.

I currently work with Dr. Stephen Cabral and offer client consultations through EquiLife - one of the largest functional lab testing and health coaching companies in the US. Head on to our website to book your appointment today!

Look forward to meeting you soon
