The focus of functional nutrition is not on specific dietary theories or current fads, nor on counting calories or calculating macronutrients. Instead, the focus is on designing a targeted and highly individualized diet & lifestyle protocol to help you shift your internal and external environment in a way that supports optimal health and wellness.

 
 

As a functional nutritionist, I take into account the holistic nature of the human body as well as each client's unique health history, genetics, lifestyle and dietary habits in order to uncover the root causes of ill health.

My focus is not on specific dietary theories and current fads - in my mind, there is not one right diet or approach to health that works for everyone all of the time. My focus is on designing a targeted and highly individualized diet & lifestyle plan to help you shift your internal and external environment in a way that supports optimal health and wellness.
